| This is not a Mitel issue and there is no function in the system to diagnose a problem with it, it is a fax machine issue, you verified it yourself using a copper line. Try setting the fax machine for a lower speed, sometimes called "Overseas Mode", or disabling transmission faster than 9600 bps, this can usually be done for a single fax transmission.
