I have permanent locked out status on extensions lines on some ONS 16 cards in a peripheral cabinet connected to an 3300 MXe. I assigned unused PLID positions which works ok. The problem is that the guest names from the PMS are not updated. Should I reboot the MXe or Disable and Enable the PMS to get the names updated as they are still showing in the old PLID |
