You cannot have a Msg Wt key for a Hunt Group, it won't work, what does happen is when a message notification is sent from the voicemail to a hunt group, it will light the lamp of the first (prime) member in the hunt group.
No real pre-reqs to voicemail to email, only that you have advanced voicemail feature and have a email server that will allow SMTP without authentication. Double check that you don't already have this, it used to be included in many software bundles and no one ever realized it (in the US anyways). __________________
