| The first assistant can transfer to the boss because a call can't redirect to itself, the second assistant will never be able to transfer to the boss the way it is setup.
This can be done in two ways, one is using secretarial keys for the bosses extension on the two assistants, then CF the bosses extension to phantom multicall appearance on the two assistants phones, I have never done this, but it should work.
The other way would be to switch the bosses extension to a keyline appearance on the two assistants phones, then give the boss a different extension that no one knows. __________________
