| Thanks for your $.02. I am starting to lean towards keeping it consistant and going with the CallPilot. The price is quite a bit more "up front" but it is starting to look like to setup any advanced features like ACD queues with Mitel would mean purchasing additional "stuff" (interallia) with CallPilot no additional equipment is required. |
