| Call Fwd Always kicking back to main menu We have 6 clustered systems, when a DN is forwarded to external cell phone and you call the local number of that PBX it kicks you back to the main menu. The call is seen on the destnation cell but just rings quickly and cannot be answered. When you call another cluster (not local) member and enter the same extension it works as it should. I verified COS on the DN is set to allow external call fwd. I also tried forwarding my phone (remote cluster) and it only does not work when calling the local # of the 3300 with the issue. Could it be a trunk setting somewhere or something else in the ARS?? |
