Hi,
Need to program a DWC button on an ACD phone to flash when calls are waiting and no agents are available to answer. I was told that this button is not supported for systems with Symposium. Is there a way around that ? Does anybody know a trick or a work around to make this work ? All I need is a flashing button when calls are waiting in the queue. |
