| those look ok but in my instance, the Rad is in the form of a analog line going to a vikingelectronics box for our attendant console, and it seems to erratically go into DND, which is easy to get it out of once you know it is in it, Mitel Corporate seems to think it is a timing issue, which could be as I have Not been able to reproduce it. I also know the flow of calls going to the attendant is equally erratic and because it's erratic I don't know it's gone into DND untill somebody complains, tips? |
