| Transfer gets busy?
You could have a few things happening.
1) The set you are transferring from may not have XFA in the class of service.
2) The call you are trying to transfer may already have multiple parties and therefore you would need to use the Conference key then drop off of the connected conference call.
3) You could have network blockage and all of your Conf/TDS loop timeslots could be in use. You would be able to see this if you go to LD 2 and invoke your reports.
That is all that I can think of off of the top of my head. Look in to these options and post back with more detail if you still don't find your issue.
