| You need to get a hold of the F32 or A33 software chips. Also, you will need the PCDBA for that software release. Are you a Comdial dealer. If so, you can order the F32 or A33 chips at no cost. You can also download the programming software directly from their web site. If you are not a dealer, I can email you the PCDBA and I might have an extra upgrade kit with the chips that I can send you. I'll have to check....Where are you located? |
