Thanks for your help. I checked in the other place but for whatever reason I'm unable to leave a message there. We do have an IVS so you are correct. Someone here who worked with the previous person told me that he used to go to the Receptionist' phone every time he needed to reset a password for an extension. I'm imagining that he was using CAT MODE and also that the receptionist' phone is the main one but I still don't know how to go about doing this. Argh!!! It is probably something simple but I'm just not seeing it. I've checked all my notes and whatever he left but nothing.
Oh, did I mention that we are all Mac so getting a PC software is not going to help me unless I can buy something similar but for the Mac.
