| Need Steps to add NEAX 2000 Phones/DTerm Series E Extensions
Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. We have a NEAX 2000 PBX/Dterm Series E phone system. This system was here when we moved in and my boss decided that he could save some money by keeping it. The problem is that every time we have to do anything to the phone system like changing the clock I have to call a tech who charges a lot of money to program it. I've learn to use the CAT commands to do the basics since it was getting too expensive every time we had to call the tech. We don't have any software for it and we are all Mac anyway. OK, the problem that I'm having is that our main number was ringing at the receptionist' phone. Unfortunately, it stopped doing this so every time someone calls our main number it goes straight to voice mail. How can I program it to ring again using CAT commands?
