Thanks Curly. I'll try that. I did originally have all lines in Line Pool A. This is a hybrid system setup. I took them out and made them all public at one point, and ended up putting them back into the pool again, for Prime line.

Actually, in reading through the MICS and CallPilot manuals, and looking at some similar problems online - I am thinking... maybe it has to do with DRT to prime issue. I will be onsite tomorrrow morning, and will check on that. Currently i think it is set to none, but I'm going to see. I will try setting it to the first port of VM, then test it. Will let you know. I do NOT like CallPilot.

I also know that you dont have to program sets to Call Forward on Busy to VM for CallPilot to go to VM if they are on the phone. However, I did have to program sets to Call Forward No Answer for it to pickup a call that is TRANSFERRED by the receptionist. That, again is a DRT issue. So I think that is where the problem lies. And I will bet that if i set DRT to VM, I can safely take off the CFNA and it will go to VM automatically...
At least I hope so.
