| Setting up a mail box on PSTN lINE
i am trying to setup an mailbox to take calls from a direct line.My setup is as follows - when the operator sets the system to night mode all individual lines ring at there extensions and when the extensions are set to foward to voicemail it can take messages.I have one extensions that cannot take messges form an external line no problem internally. The line going to ext 16 is analogue(pstn) The call forward fixed to ext 18 (voicemail) is setup correctly. when the analogue line is ringing line 10 the LED keeps flashing no ringing tone ,the voicemail never answers even though the call forward is setup. when the forward is off the extensions rings normally in night mode.
