If you point a DID (PRI) to the group it doesn't work.
Is that right?
How are you defining a "dedicated trunk" and how are you defining a "normal public trunk" I'd like to be sure were talking about analog CO's and DID lines.
Also, when you dial from a "normal public trunk" does an agent phone ring?
