Trunk Service Number Non-dial In: 299
HG 299 Terminal Voice 1st RAd: 298 2nd RAD 298
Members 141, 142, 143, 144 extensions (customer service desks )
HG 298 Terminal RAD
Member 293 Voicemail Greeting assigned
When I dial the dedicated trunk numbers is works fine to the customer service desk with greetings
Now I want an alternative to the dedicated trunks but instead use the normal public trunks that gives you primary greetings and invites caller to dial the extension number or wait for operator.
I want to dial a single digit, say a 2, in this scenario, to trigger 299 which in turn plays its 1st RAD 298 to get the greeting on 293 which consequently continues to play while the customer service extensions 141, 142,143, 144 ring and of course would stop when any of these extensions answer. |
