Have BCM 50 that I can not log into the BCM element manager, however I am able to log in thru the internet browser and do everything in there. I was in the element manager and working on changing my password on my account only and it didn't like the password I typed in so I backed out and didn't think anything of it because I should be able to still log in on old password. Well when I tried to log in later I can't log into with my account, nnadmin, or any other account that is build on the system. Anyone else had this happen or know what I need to do to resolve issue? I deleted element manager and downloaded the element manager from the bcm that I am having this issue with thinking it would be a verison problem with element manager and it didn't resolve the problem. HELP
