| 3300 CX RAD greeting
Thanks it worked but using RAD Greeting assignment how can I bring in music on hold immediately after the Greeting 1 and also after holding for a pretermined period to bring in greeting 2 to say something like "am sorry for holding ,we still trying to connect to the next available agent."
