| A few troubleshooting questions: So do you hear the RAD recording if you just dial the 333 RAD hunt group?? If yes your RAD's are setup correctly, if not, you need to look RAD Hunt Group, greeting assignments, etc... remember not to use the last VM port for a RAD because it is used for message waiting notification, grab one out of the middle of the group. If this is all OK go to next step... What about if you dial the Customer Service HG from a phone internally, then do you hear greetings?? If yes then the CS HG is OK and its a COS of the trunks issue, if not, look at the HG setup and check timers, etc..
