I have 4 analogue lines that I want to route to a group of 4 extensions for customer services without using ACD. I created a HG group with the 4 extensions as members. I assigned greeting to RAD SET 10 with a unique directory number 333 on a VM port. The trunk service number for the analogue lines has the HG number as the Non-Dial-In. The HG has mode:terminal, type:voice, first RAD: 333, second RAD: 333.
When I call the any of the analogue lines, the greeting is not heard. |
