ROLM PhoneMail VMI Not Functioning Hi, I have a ROLM PhoneMail 6.4 system connected to a HiPath 3000 switch with OptiPoint 500 phones. We had an issue with our T1 which required a restart of the switch. Since that time the Voice Mail Indicator (VMI) lamps are not functioning properly. This happened a couple of years ago a I fixed it by logging into the PhoneMail console as "tech" and doing something but I cannot remember exactly what. I don't want to break anything and I'm not familiar enough with PhoneMail that I feel comfotable just poking around. I get to here: ------------------------------ Login: tech Password: ***** ... Action: connect Screen 1 - SVI on Node 1 is now active. Node 1 - SVI> ------------------------------------ and don't know where to go from there. Can anyone help? |
