| I Upgraded the Minuet to 1.30.0008 during the Lunch Hour. The call center shuts down for Lunch..??? Still can't add agents to groups. Call Center shut down at 4:30, blew out configuration and put all back to default, reprogrammed the minuet, now all works. I can add the agents to groups. The announcements and greetings stayed intact too. Thanks for all the help, its really helpful to have this resource available when you need help. :wink: |
