| Firstly I will qualify my answer by saying that I have never heard of the model of PABX you say you have.
That said the very nature of SMDR data is that it is an advice of what happened and not what is currently happening. The only output I can think of that may give you the data you require is MCI or possibly PMS but not knowing your system I don't know if the machine has those capabilities. |
