Ty - Not sure about the Avaya side, but I can offer some pointers on the Meridian....

First - What is the status of your DCH and B-Channels?

Please post the following: Your ADAN and RDB

LD 22

Should get something like this - depending on what type of card

USR PRI - could be BRI

Second - Some notes about the Meridian and T1 interoperability ---

1. Make sure you have one side set to User and the other set to Network
2. Once the T1 Layer 1 is up and active, layer 2 will intialize.
3. When Layer 2 is active, each side will send framing info (Acknowledgements and Receiver Ready)

Print your RDB and post:

Some important info about the RDB...

Set ISDN = YES
Double check your TKTP (most likely should be TIE)
YOUR ICOG setting should be IAO (Incoming and Outgoing)..
If all your B-Channels are IDLE, try this..

1. Change your Maint set to TGAR 0
2. Dial the ACOD of the Route....

This should be a good starting point....
