| Do you make a profit on call accounting?
I am responsibly for profitability and find that I seem to loose money on every call accounting software package I install. I make a profit on the deal but the service costs kill me. I have used several different packages and the result is the same, service and customer support costs are huge. Does anyone make a profit on call accounting and if so how? |
