What we're aiming for is any way for an agent making an outgoing call to be able to proactively choose which of 10 outgoing call display numbers they want to use.

I originally thought about making a different key on their phones for each but they are using 3904/3905 phones but this may eventually need to be 15-20 outgoing CLID numbers. So theres not enough customizable buttons.

The alternative, is to use their standard outgoing line(programmed as SCR extension on the set), then have them dial a 2-3 button sequence, to determine which one they want to use.
Doesn't need to be 9##, as in my example.

our system is just setup by default for 9 then the external number, and it uses the CLID entry that i programmed onto the SCR key.

Example: Lets say i want to dial the number 555-5555. 10 different times with a different outgoing call display numbers.

the context would be ###5555555.
So maybe something like this:
2015555555
2025555555

Even if we need to program it so that they need to press pound after the 2-3 digit sequence before putting in the number, that would still work.

Just looking for any way to get an efficient way to allow an agent to specify 1 of 10-20 outgoing call displays to use, for each call.

Thanks for your help thusfar!
