| Back-Up Capabilities File..... We had a Call Center and a disaster recovery plan as follows: We had an OPT81C at Call Center. Disaster Recov had an OPT11. We orderd 4 T-1's from a carrier with the same setup, call in number and password. At that time all traffic, inbound only, would be pointed to the 4 T-1's. All 800 numbers were pointed to the same T-1's. The opt11 was pre-programed with the same CDN's and ACD's as the 81C. We were going to use cell phones for any other calls. Also, we had a batt-backup at Dist Recov area. |
