HELP..NAM...Minuet ACD...Can't assign agents to groups....!!
I just did a back-up on a NAM Rel. 4.....but couldn't do a back-up on the capabilities File....Password didn't work....guess its a different password from all the rest. Can someone please pass that along to me?
