| I've got to put 4 agents into the ACD Groups, when I change from "no" to "Yes" I go "Next" to the Agent Menue, then Rls, get Update Now, I select that with the soft key...Get Update Complete....but the agent(s) aren't assigned to groups. I can delete agents, add agents, but the change to assign agent to group(s) don't take.....HELP!!! |
