| We just implemented a service called CrisisLink with BellSouth. The plan allows us to call into BellSouth with a username and password and have lines which were designated ahead of time forwarded to a number of our choosing. Currently we have our main number and all of the ACD queues forwarded to our answering service. Does anyone have any type of disaster recovery service? Any recommendations for another solution? Would forwarding the lines to a personal cell phone be advisable? I'm interested in any feedback! |
