| MCRA lets you extend Multiple Call Ringing configurations across a mixture of digital and analog sets. If you have a 500 set configured with MCRA and the corresponding DN key on a digital set configured as MCR, then a call will ring on both but - when answered - only the answering set will be connected. The other set cannot bridge into the call.
You need to have either SUPP package or MCMO package equipped (the original implementation was for Companion handsets twinned with desk sets where you don't want somebody at your desk being able to listen to your call as you wander around with your Companion phone). |
