I have been able to piece together the following:

HNTN is the area code (NPA)
ESA_HLCL is the office code (NXX)
ESA_INHN is YES for 10 digit dialing and NO for 7 digit dialing
ESA_APDN is YES if you want the set's DN to add to the ESA_HLCL as the last 4 digits
HLOC is a home location code
LSC is a local steering code
DIDN is YES to use the DN as a DID number

Should the RCAP of the route print out something? If so, would it need to have COLP and/or MCID, as a best practice?

Please provide examples:

DID number to pass it's self
Non-DID number to pass a generic DID number
DID number to pass a toll-free number
Non-DID number to pass a toll-free number

How do these appear to 911?
