Im a technician trying to integrate a toshiba DK 40i with a Aleen VME4000 voicemail system. I have done all the programming to meet our customers requirments, but I cannot make the voicemail work. I have the necessary cards installed (analog ports, dtmf card) and have programmed what I thought were the necessary steps, however, when I try to call into the voicemail system using the digital sets, the aleen just gives me its default main greeting and Im unable to access any system options. Im wondering if anyone has the programming steps to intergrate these two systems. |
