The "H" is actually being applied by the Nortel and signifies a networked call.
There is a PlugIn (EMEA term) that addresses this. You can contact your vendor to activate the PlugIn and get the "H" removed.

I think there is a Patch available for thei s North America as well, don't have the number handy.
