| That might best be answered in the Avaya section. The "H" is being passed from that switch to your Nortel. Does your Nortel's name field get read by your cisco and avaya switches, going the other way?
Maybe capture the configuration of the route from the Nortel side and also from the other switch side. There may be a difference to be tweaked.
