| Genesys Predicative Dialer
I have two 2616's with a duplicate DN on key three of both sets. The problem is that when the one person is on that extension , the other person can pick up the line and be heard. Another words there is no privacy on this DN. Can someone tell me if this is a class of service setting or what. |
