Thanks for this info..this goes a little beyond my programming abilities. We currently have this setup between us and another site, however I'm not sure how this was done because our vendor put this in place for us.
We use 8 to get an outside line for LD. What i'd like to see is same as we have it setup for the other site.

Site A can dial 8+7 digit extension and not have ot worry about the 1+AC.

I'm going to look at our RLB/RBI info for the others one now.
