In the Mermail main Menu, choose Menu 3 - Voice Administration
In the Voice Admin Menu, choose 4 - Voice service administration
Here choose menu 6 - Voice Menu Definition and Add

You are then asked a voice Menu ID. choose whatever you want. let's say 4500. Then a name (Test).
After you have different options, like a Revert DN. To use only if you want to give the opportunity
to the caller to access this DN.

Forget the password at this time.

We now reach the messages : there are two types : Greeting and Menu choice. You can choose to use only
one.
Greeting allows you to ask the caller to dial * (star) to access Menu choice. You record your message
from here (use Voice Menu)

After that comes the keys. Just choose what you want, 1 to reach a DN, 2 to reach another Menu, just
give the MS ID, 3 to repeat, etc.

And now save and exit to come back to the Voice Service Adm. Main menu.

Choose 1 - voice Service DN table and then Add

You're asked a DN, which would allow the caller to access your IVR. Then a service, type MS and
and MS ID type 4500 (for our example).

Save and Exit.

You now need to create an ACD on the M1, with the following Setting :

LD 23
REQ New
TYPE ACD
ACDN xxxx (the same as in the VS-DN table)
MWC No
MAXP 1
...

You can now call this number and reach your IVR.
