Does anybody know the procedure or steps for removing an IPE cabinet from a live Option 81. The cabinet is the fourth in a column.
I disabled the loop, powered down the cabinet and then proceded to remove the system monitor and power cable to the cabinet as well as the network cable. After about 5 minutes the whole column powered down. I then reattached the system monitor and such and turned on the breakers. This caused the whole system to resest.
Is an order of cable removal that I should follow? What is the grey ribbon cable used for? Should I be turning off Cabinets 2&3 with the breaker?
I can't find anything in the manuals so any info would be greatly appreciated.
