| A user needs to transfer calls to our suburban office. They have a separate switch, but we are set up to have 4-digit dialing, where we can reach anyone there just by dialing their extension. When this particular user tries to transfer a call from within the office to our suburban office, there's no problem. But if she has an outside call to transfer, the system will not allow her to. I am able to do this and I've copied my programming on her phone, but still no luck. What am I missing? Also, I can not get the programming to take HTA. We have a 61C. Here is the problem user's programming: DES 2545 TN 004 0 14 09 TYPE 3904 CDEN 8D CTYP XDLC CUST 0 FDN 2500 TGAR 1 LDN NO NCOS 6 SGRP 0 RNPG 2 SCI 0 SSU 0500 LNRS 16 XLST SCPW CLS CTD FBD WTA LPR PUA MTD FNA HTD TDD HFA GRLA CRPA STSD MWA RMMA SMWA AAD IMD XHD IRD NID OLD VCE DRG1 POA DSX VMD CMSD SLKD CCSD SWD LNA CNDA CFTA SFA DDV CNID CDCA MSID DAPA BFED RCBD ICDD CDMD MCTD CLBD AUTU GPUD DPUA DNDD CFXA ARHA CLTD ASCD CPFA CPTA ABDD CFHD FICD NAID BUZZ AHD DDGA NAMA USRD ULAD RTDD RBDD RBHD PGND OCBD FLXA FTTC MCBN CPND_LANG ENG RCO 0 EFD HUNT 2500 EHT LHK 2 PLEV 02 AST IAPG 0 AACS NO ITNA NO DGRP DNDR 0 DTMK RMTN KEY 00 SCR 2205 0 MARP |
