The loops 2 and 3 (which are attached to your DCHs 5&6) are the ones effected...
LD 60
DISL 2
DISL 3
THEN follow his instructions to bring them back up....when the loops come up, the DCH should follow...
(have to disable the loops before the enable will work)
IF NOT, you will get an err stating the DCH are down...
Question: How long was the outage to your system? If they were down awhile, (or if they don't come back with the instructions we've provided) you'll have to call your carriers (which appear to be Verizon and AT&T)
