This poses (again) the need for more information:
1) in order to use ACD, you have to already have the package...if not...then refer to my earlier statement. (again, if you don't already have it, don't waste the $ for only three phones for 3 months)
2) HOW does the 800 number point? Understand it's pointing at a local DN, but what we'd need to know is is that 800 pointed to that DN by your PBX or by the 800 carrier?

There are several ways to set this up depending on these answers.
