To que the calls, your only option is ACD (that I know of)...and if they're shutting down this stite in 3months, plus the low number of calls it's receiving...unless you've got:
1) $ comming out of your ears
2) a use for it after the closure
3) an expected spike in inbound calls
ACD would not really be worth the money spent to solve the problem for a short time.

Baring that as a solution, there are other ways to have the call routed....there is a programming tick (a hunt patern) often called "poor mans ACD" (won't acutually que the calls, just kicks them round a bit)
and many other ideas.
post back if we should go into detail on other possible solutions.
