| Is there any way to add an incoming call/extension to an already existing conference/conversation.
Here's a little bit more info:
Whenever we make a conference call, we are only able to make a conference call on outgoing calls only. However, if someone tries to call in, we can pick up the line, but cannot add it to the conference call. In order to get around this, we subscribe to a service from our local CLEC in which a group leader calls in first and then everyone else calls and joins in.
Is there any workaround where we can add an incoming caller to a conference call? If not, is there anyway thru Meridian Mail, Symposium or another mail server to establish this type of function (looking for budget items.) |
