it "can" be fairly simple if you have two identical set be they 4125, 4025, 4150 or whatever if neither set is in any kind of call Pickup group, or something else that is different you cal type in "Move swap <phonea> with <phoneB> and it will move the two phones numbers around, so B is at A's location and visa versa,

if one is a 4001 and the other is a 4025 you cannot do it. if you are Not sure what attributes are on a given Set in the CDE section, pull up the change Attributes form, type in the TN of the Sets involved recall it and view the entire form, some of the Entry's are on the bottom of the form and not viewable You must Hit the Down Arrow, (or Esc 3) to view the bottom.

However since I don't know your specific software installed is I can't be much More specific,
