This shutdown/power-up is due to the owner of our building doing some tenant T.I. work. The owner has a telecom MGR. for his company in our building but I dont think he'll do what is necessary for a proper shutdown. I have talked to another company who has been forced to move equipment and they were able to force the owner to pay for the move by "Professionals". I am going to try that route today.
