| I believe that the dongle in question is the Security ID Dongle for the PBX. This is a small round metal security chip resembling a large watch battery. This sits in a holder, which then plugs into the back of the pentium cards.
This should be available from your vendor, and if you have maintenance, covered by them I would think. |
