You won't just be able to get a new dongle overnight. Dongles usually contain a chip that is serial-number coded for a particular user and application. If it is defective, it will have to come out of Nortel. We went thru this on our first MAT install when somehow the dongle was lost between the vendor warehouse and our site. It took 2 months to get a replacement. |
