| Telehony Pirate- luv ur sense of humor. I've had same experiences. However, I think the person asking all of these questions better call his vendor for help here. Not putting him/her down, but I think a little more experience i.e. shadowing a Tech who has done it, is called for here. Teaching someone how to backup the voice mail system on here, is something their Vendor should have showed them how to do OR this customer should have purchased what we call "Maintenance" from their Vendor, don't u think? |
