ACD overflow queue
I have two consoles on the first floor and another console at the 7th floor so I have a total of three M2250 consoles. I have only one person answering the first floor console and would like the 7th floor secretary to help out and answer the console too. How do I do this? what are the programming needs? Help! :casstet:
